Chi Gung is the ancient art of linking one's breath to a series of rhythmic movements. This, coupled with the 3rd magic ingredient of visualisation, is what creates a truly unique experience. The exercises are easy to learn and yet can have an incredible effect on the Mind, Body and Spirit.
